With retail geographically becoming smaller and smaller – due to internet advertising, better logistics and easier communication – many of OCS‘s clients operate on a pan-continental basis and to make sure they receive the same gold standard service as they would in the UK OCS are expanding their operations.
In November, a team of key OCS staff will be flying to Australia to meet with the staff at their new office in Melbourne with the goal of knowledge and experience sharing.

The first round of training will be classroom based, understanding methods and best practices with a roll out to live counts and eventually fully functional independent working.
The OCS team will then move on to Auckland, New Zealand following on the success of their roll out whilst briefly stopping in Russia and various European states on the way back to continue OCS‘s global support.
